Marriott's Grande Vista is adjacent to the Faldo Golf Institute by Marriott which includes a nine-hole course, multiple practice areas, a 27-hole championship putting course, a state-of-the-art computer and video instructional studio and PGA instructional staff to accommodate all levels of students. The Clubhouse includes Nick's Grill restaurant.

This Grand Prize includes a one bedroom condominium. This is a time-share facility that was provided by the president of C. Daniel Medical for our customers.   • One entry into the contest for each case of drains or reservoirs ordered.
  • One entry for every referral of a cosmetic surgeon or surgical center. Each referral must be complete with contact name, street address, city, state & zip, email address, plus phone and fax number. (Limit 10 referrals per person).
